Blueberry Tea Smoothie

Makes: 2 Servings

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 (6-ounce) container nonfat Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • ¾ cup cold tea (preferably unsweetened green or white tea)
  • ¾ cup blueberries, frozen, unsweetened
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1½ tablespoons honey

Directions:

  1. Allow blueberries to defrost for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Blend all ingredients well and serve!
