Fruit & Yogurt Parfaits


Makes: 1 parfait

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 5 minutes


  • 1 (6-ounce) container nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup granola
  • 1 peach, cut into ½-inch thick pieces
  • ½ tablespoon honey

Optional: 1 tablespoon dried fruit

Optional: ½ ounce raw almond slivers


  1. Layer all ingredients in an 8 to 10-ounce glass.
  2. Serve!

Nutrition Facts Per Serving: 350 Calories, 5 g Fat (< 1 g Sat), 80 mg Sodium, 66 g Carbohydrate, 9 g Fiber, 18 g Protein
