Black Rice, Spiced Fruit and Cottage Cheese

 

Makes: 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Cottage Cheese, nonfat small curd
  • ½ cup Black rice, cooked and dressed with lemon
  • 1 Tangelo (or orange)
  • ½ Banana
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mix.
  2. Serve.
  3. Eat.
